Window Treatment Installer

Little Blind Spot is looking for a window treatment installer to join our team of professional installers. We are a Minnesota leader in residential and commercial window shades, blinds and shutters. We feature the largest design showroom of window treatments.

Responsibilities:

  • Install custom-made window products (interior shutters, blinds and shades)
  • Perform window shade/blind repairs
  • You must have great communication skills, be punctual and reliable.
  • Demonstrate the product in-home, review product operations, and ensure the customer understands how to use the product properly and that the customer is satisfied
  • Must be able to take accurate measurements and operate a variety of tools
  • Technical skills are a plus, especially with motorization

Must have a clean driver's license and pass a background check.  Ability to work on a ladder up to 24 feet and able to lift up to 75-pound boxes when needed. Vehicle and some tools provided.

Sales & Design Consultant

Great opportunity for someone who is detail oriented, self-motivated, and is driven by providing excellent customer service. Outside Sales Reps/Designers will lead consultations in customer homes. No two days are the same so if you like variety this is the environment for you! 

Showroom Staff

We are looking for a Showroom Consultant/Admin Assistant who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by providing excellent customer service. Requires ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include working with clients in the showroom and on the phone, administrative duties, checking in materials, and taking in repairs. No two days are the same so if you like variety this is the environment for you!

Installer/Technician

Exciting opportunity for a person who is mechanically inclined and has good people skills! Good driving record and ability to independently lift 50 pounds minimum is required. Successful installers exceed in problem-solving, are mechanically inclined, and have great people and time management skills. They take pride in their work and follow through to make sure the customer is satisfied. Experience is preferred but is NOT required.
